Description The line drawing colored with photoshop. Tom finds that his freedom mis hard won- it's not exactly the most pleasant experience. I honestly think this is one of my better colors.

Very well done Jes. I love how it's depicted and how the book is shown as magical and evil without being too overly flashy. The look of pain lets you know this isn't something you'd do just for fun either.

What I love the most, is how the green glow is reflected on hs robes etc. Then theres the expression, and the background - one is emotive and real-looking, the other especially detailed and 3d. I love that his clothes are raggedy, and that the book pages are flipping, and that the writing is showing up on them. I love that is looks like *magic*, with all the little glowing bits, but that it isnt too over the top or flashy.

I also think that your ant-style lj-icon is very cool.
