This is a pretty awesome piece. Both ladies look gorgeous, I love Annie's pose (Have a lot of trouble with positions like those). This would make a great movie poster, and without a title shown it'd leave everyone wondering what the movie would be about.
One little detail I like here is the background, the sign and bricks are really well done. Were the bricks from a photo?
The only thing that gets me is the Pool table's leg. Since the entire picture is warm colored and there is black all around it, my eyes are drawn to it instead of the characters. The other thing was it might help putting a ball in the hole to give it one more implication it's a pool table. I almost missed it somehow XD;

Very sexy! I love the lighting you created on the both of them. I really like how Annie is leaning over and resting her arm on Natasha's leg. I'm particularly fond of how you've given them such a feminine presence, especially their eyes and curves.
