Rendered a few of Bill Redferns www.deviantart.com/redfern42 characters and then added a bunch of other characters and things that Bill likes in RL..
All in one render, made my sound card glitch out pulling resources.. Just something fun thrown together... Also based on an older picture by Bill..

Oh, ho, ho, Mapper! I'm both flattered...and flustered!
I'm flattered at the fact you composed, rendered and uploaded a piece showcasing a couple of my personal characters (as well as another pair waaaaay in the background).
However, I am flustered because some of the context is lost unless I post some stuff featuring same said characters, something I've internally debated for quite some time. Plus, I fear viewers will prefer your interpretations for a couple reasons. One, yours appeared first. Two, there iss just so much more to notice in your piece while I'm is just a quiet lil' lunch date. And three, odds are, people will just prefer your more 'cinematic" design to my somewhat more cartoonish style. (While he died in 1947, it would be like William Moulton Marston learning fans preferred George Perez's 1980s version of "Wonder Woman" even though Marston created her.)

Eh, arguably flawed logic. Generally, more fans prefer "The Wrath of Khan" over "Star Trek: the Motion Picture". And while a remake rather than a sequel, the 1941 film "The Maltese Falcon" was actually the THIRD time the story was recorded to film. How many people even know there was a movie in 1931 and another in 1936?
