Celeste’s parents split.
And oddly it’s not over something bad, her parents just kinda figured this wasn’t working out for them and they weren’t happy.
They still talk, and they still hang out occasionally, but they aren’t ” together”.
Opposed to Celeste, who WAS happy and became angry and dismal after finding out this was happening to her.
Which….ultimately leads to how she behaves towards them and other people.

I don't ship Starco, so I don't mind that they got a divorce, but yeah, I've been meaning to ask how they act towards each other.

considering the au revolved around kids from alternate realities, making a starco child for it felt like a requirement, but i figured if i was gonna do that i might as well do something original with it.
So i went with this concept that instead of the happy lifestyle most people do, with their happy and quirky kid, I went with the idea that they weren't ultimately happy and their kid is actually rather moody and sometimes sour because of her family.
