I admit that a lot of work went into this, it's not like I just traced it, but it was still just meant to be a study. It belongs in scraps.

I've been messing with Photoshop (I use Photoshop Elements because a relative gave it to me and I had 5.5) and trying to find a way to improve digital inking so it doesn't take so freakin' long to do. I decided to try doing inks for a screen capture. I chose this one because I wanted to do an in-game one rather than a FMV and this one just stuck out. I was working much smaller than I usualy do, the full-view is full sized rather than my normal 30%. And it was much faster... I dunno, maybe 5 hours including color, over the past two weeks or so. The colors were bugging me though, so I didn't do it as well as I might have liked.

It's copied from a screen capture, not exactly (I changed a few things that didn't hang right and messed up some things) the capture comes from GRD [link] and it's image 0502 if you wanna look.

The dialogue from the scene is:

Tidus: You know... During a game, you have to think of blitz and nothing else, you know?

Yuna: Okay.

Tidus: You can't think, "That's a cute girl in the fifth seat from the right." And you can't be thinking about where you're going to go on that date, because the minute you do, that's when you lose! You see, uh, Yuna, what I mean is, you really shouldn't worry, you know? After we beat Sin, that's when you can worry about the future.

Yuna: I guess.

I've always thought it was funny that Yuna seemed amused by that, whereas by 10-2 she's high-strung enough that just someone who rather looks like Tidus mentioning another girl's name is enough to piss her off.
