Aside from generally liking everything about this, I especially like her expression: that huge grin and those super-wide eyes behind her shades. It seems to capture her particular brand of manic Super-Excellent-Hanging-Of-The-Unjust-Times.

It really makes me want to see what she's about to do! XD

As everyone has been saying, this is super cool with the lighting~
I love how you still captured Terezi's madness but also made her seem more heroic rather than evil, unlike most artists who draw her. Very good job~
