An Anti-theft Warning card, you ask?
I say: Sure, why not? Every little reminder we can give rippers is just one less the likelihood that they'll take our work alter it, and/or call it theirs.
The intention is to give cause for pause, and excite potential thieves and plagiarists into adhering strictly to our rights as artists.

Special thanks to ~lorddarq for the use of his Brush Illustration Resource in the orginal 2008 card.
Without his collaborative effort this PSD could never have reached the heights it has by now.

Less customizable than I'd hoped, so I unfortunately can't use them... But well done none the less.

If you look to the right of the description, you should see a link that says "Dwonload File".

*uses them with PS in school*
Just a curious question. Are these only for the cards or can they be used to make sig banners/banners(with proper credit given of course) to put awareness on art theft and things as such?
I mean, I can just use them for the cards if wished for that purpose only and use other things. I just like to ask first though.

It's funny how this thing is under a CCA 3.0 licence. I mean, it's necessary, but it's still funny.

Yeah!! You're totally right.
I shook my head at myself when I selected the license... but I've just had so many people take these things and credit themselves as the artist/designer that I'll take the slight hypocrisy over the frustration. Conversely though, the CC license could also be viewed as sort of bolstering the point... that we should all be aware of the licenses and rights. Even those that are for your rights, and that are free.

Yes... I'm very sorry about that. Even when something is written in stone owned by someone, people still tend to steal.
Art theft is a huge example of it, especially (and maybe almost exclusively) here, on dA. I don't like talking about it because then, right away, I sound like the kind of people who are social justice fighters, slapping links to dA FAQs on their signature, rudely going around and actually spending their days looking for stolen art and bitching to (instead of simply reporting) the offender, etc, etc, etc. These social justice types have good intentions with not so good ways of expressing them.
But yeah, as for your badge and module pack, I love this. The orbs are a bit flashy and shiny for my taste, especially in this current age of having everything either really chrome-like and shiny, or minimalistic and flat, but the Creative Commons modules are pretty sweet, sophisticated, not flat looking, and easy to read off of.
Really nice for blog and web-dev usage. Not so much deviantART wise since dA takes care of licensing for you with watermarks and... Well, licences.

Couldn't agree more. I find it absolutely fascinating how black and white this topic is. Seems like there's little gray area for most people. Even for myself, clearly I'm an advocate for Artist/Author Rights. But then my situation is based on a continual series of events which affected my opinion and feelings on the matter. It's rather political when it come right down to it.
Appreciate the compliments on the pack! I had intended to grow this pack with separate add-ons (though my time these days is little), but simultaneously I also love giving things to beginners... so their creativity can take its own shape and really set itself off. In respect of those notions, this pack isn't really a "complete" package. From the start I fully expected people to do what they will to make it feel like theirs. All of the extras are more there to show flexibility, and then on the spare chance artist out of the visual medium might want to simply appropriate what's there. I'd actually love it if other artists contributed to the pack with their own variations, styles, and icons in their own gallery!
As for displaying it on deviantArt, I mostly agree with you. Though I would certainly advise anyone who's a subscriber to use a custom module for their card, and keep it prominent on their main page. It spreads awareness, most importantly, but penultimately also helps people to know the opinion of where one stands on usage. That in and of itself is a huge step in keeping the collateral damage low.
