K, well, this is how I do it. I didn't bother with written descriptions since I think its pretty obvious what I did. Like I stated before in my previous tutorial..STRUCTURE!!!!!This is just a random, genderless, hairless fur..you can add any details you like. This is an example of how I draw anthro faces, head structure, ears and eyes.
I drew this last summer but never scanned it since things went all to hell ever since I got back from my vacation in July...heh..
Im posting it now becasue I just re-uploaded my Sally tutorial..so now they are posted together on the same day.
Now draw furries!!!!

This is pretty helpful. Thanks very much for the tip. I know that the problem I run into a lot of the time is that I don't use enough preparation when I draw.
I do have one question, though, that's been puzzling me for drawing anthro faces as well as human faces (but this question is more for drawing anthros); how would you go about drawing the snout if the character is speaking? It seems like everytime I start with this construction and try to modify it so that it looks like the character is speaking, the picture comes out looking very wrong.

Oh, that is really tricky to explain. I guess in that case the lower jaw becomes a separate piece on it's own just like the muzzle is separate from the face. Imagine if you cut the "cylinder" of the muzzle lengthwise and horizontally, then lowered the bottom half as if it were hinged on the face somehow.
Omg, I probably just messed you up alot didn't I. It's confusing to explain so it's probably even more confusing to read me explaining.

There are so few exaples out there, its really hard for me to find a good one, but tell you what, cant you just do a couple of diffrent ones and see if you do anyone that looks like the one im after? You could take a look at my cat character, i kinda got the nose right on one picture, that is to say my latest of her.

Sorry, I mean like, send me a link of a cat character who's face you like, and I can try to break it down structure-wise for you. There are lots of different cat girl designs from anthro to anime girls with ears if you know what I mean. I was just trying to wrap my brain around what style you were interested in most.

Well, this is hard, i know of a guy who draws the noses just like i like them, only problem is, his acc on DA is VERY small and doesnt even containt half of the stuff he's done, which is understandable since most of his stuff is *ahem* perverted.
