Description K, well, this is how I do it. I didn't bother with written descriptions since I think its pretty obvious what I did. Like I stated before in my previous tutorial..STRUCTURE!!!!!

This is just a random, genderless, hairless fur..you can add any details you like. This is an example of how I draw anthro faces, head structure, ears and eyes.

I drew this last summer but never scanned it since things went all to hell ever since I got back from my vacation in July...heh..
Im posting it now becasue I just re-uploaded my Sally tutorial..so now they are posted together on the same day.

Now draw furries!!!!

hm... just a basic to build an anthro torso maybe with arms and legs, if possible......................
if this goes as a commision then nevermind, cause i dont have any money to spend

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

JessFox In reply to landor156 [2008-01-25 15:59:53 +0000 UTC]

No no, I do this stuff on my spare time when I have a chance (completely for free). There was another tutorial I did here: [link] that had a bit more detail. Of course there are no feet and it is a female form so that wont help much with drawing males, however the principles are quite the same. I've been meaning for a while to do some more of these so I will keep that in mind for sure.

Man.

That's like... Well... Most... Least... Um...
Most pointless, weird tutorial I have ever seen here.
Really.

But don't mind me. Please. Don't mind me.

Cheers

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

JessFox In reply to Lovelock [2007-07-18 11:14:34 +0000 UTC]

I don't understand what is wrong with it or why it is pointless. It shows all the necessary structure to draw and anthropomorphic head, more or less. Please elaborate if you can.

I just read your signature, I think I get the gist of where this is going..

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Lovelock In reply to JessFox [2007-07-18 12:00:45 +0000 UTC]

Well...

I think it's pointless because it's too simple. It's like teaching someone how to draw a circle. Just look at this. I can learn as much while watching any one of anthro art, and so could others. That's why I thought it to be werid and pointless tutorial. I could learn this much from Your [link] .:Sally Tutorial:. so what's the point of showing us such small and simple thing? I see the "no 1" in the title and I get that You just started series of these, which may be helpful, but this one is really too little for a tutorial in my opinion.

But as I said, don't mind me. It's just my opinion.

Looks like all Deviant critique started to look like some kind of circle of adoration. Everywhere "yay's", "wow's" and no critique at all. No one even looks at Deviation as it is, just sees his/hers friend and goes "Oh! It looks so good!" or, if it's a tutorial like 'ere "Oh! It helped me so much! >.<".

Really. Too many emoticons, too little thinking and constructive critique.

Cheers again.

Gah, i love seeing pro's do these! ^.^

It's funny how simple art is when you really think about it. I've really started using shapes and such to "plan out" the character before adding all the details; you're really good at it

Many thanks
