March 21Still traveling in search of that elusive pixidragon. Rumors have brought us deep into the mountains of the midwest, though I fear I am entertaining my doubts about this search. A pixidragon? In North America? Doubtful.
As I write this, a crested Toku has landed on my index finger. Cute little creature... very common in the america's, especially in the summer. This little fellow had to be no more than one inch big, including those wings of his.
In greece there is a myth that they are decended from but-ter-flies. Some strange creature that was nothing but those massive wings! A silly little story mothers would tell their children.
But I must confess... they are lovely little animals.

You have such intriguing work...I love the colors...they're so believable...and I'm just assuming you've got it set in an evolved future of ours...correct? This is just fabulous.

Thank you! You know, I haven't decided yet what kind of world this is. It's this time frame, not the future... but I'm thinking that it's just a sort of parallel earth, where myths are real.... and reality is the myth.
