so Amaterasu is actually a female wolf? in the game

Amaterasu is suppose to be genderless in game, but there many references saying that Ammy is a female. All the celestial gods say "mother to us all", the ghost from gale shrine also said " beautiful maiden" and also issun will refer ammy as "her". if you play okamiden in one of the scrolls Ammy is reference as female.
