Sliding down to lay next to her, he moved ever closer to the she-wolf, their sides pressed lightly together. He didn't even notice their closeness really, far too absorbed in making sure that his friend was alright. He hated the dull look that her eyes had taken, it was a far cry from the brightness that normally shone in them. He needed to fix that. "It'll be alright." He whispered softly, hoping his actions conveyed more support than his terrible attempt at consoling words.
