I wouldn't say it "isn't so bad" -- I'd say it's really good! I love the lighting and the perspective -- there's quite an emotive nature to this piece!

interesting concept, but quality-wise it could have perhaps loked "cleaner"ish if the focus was on the fan.

Very good perspective. Her shirt is colorful, but at the same time it has just the right amount of saturation to blend in with the greys. I also like how her skirt looks nice, but not "placed." Overall a great photo.
