I love this shot, it really caught my eye.
But when it comes to constructive critisim, that are a few things that I think would have really helped the effectiveness of the shot:
If both of her arms were up and resting on the gate, instead of just her left arm [or, if the shot included the lower portion of the scene so that you could see the other arm draping behind the gate, that would have been pretty cool!]
And if the door frame behind her was just a tiny bit more straight.

That she is off centered in the doorway.
Her facial expression.
The colors!
The contrast.
The scene in general.
Overall, this is a fantastic capture!

I completely agree with your criticisms. I've noticed those minor errors myself and believe the photograph would be more balanced without them. That said, I am quite happy with how it turned out, anyway.

It was a fantastic concept/scene/model/shot!
I'm glad you appreciate the criticism, so many people throw hiss fits when they hear "negatives" about their work...but I always look at it as a way to improve my shots next time!
