So here was the plan: I wanted to make both Zack and Wiki to send down to the IGN office in California as Christmas gifts to Matt Cassamasina and Mark Bozon. Why? Three reasons: I like the idea of having my art in different parts of the world. I've got one in Sweden and one in Kentucky. If somebody thousands of miles away from me can see my stuff and appreciate it, that's pretty damn cool. It was supposed to be before Christmas and though I don't normally send gifts to random interw3rb people, those two are quite entertaining to listen to and they were extremely helpful during the pre-Wii launch hype. And last but certainly not least, they would be a thank you gift to them for starting the whole "Buy Zack and Wiki" campaign. Without them, I never would have given this gem a second glance.

Then I decided.... f*ck that. Well, not really... but my plan did get sort of botched. Zack took way too long to finish to a point where I was satisfied with him (I actually just gave him his final touching up today and he was started around October). I also didn't (and don't currently) feel like making Wiki. That's too many "perfect" round shapes for me to handle right now. I need another main attraction to my display case and these small sculptures just don't do it. It also didn't help that I couldn't find a mailing address to IGN. Oh well. I might try again to make it work sometime... but until then, here's Zack.
