I ain't making this a big deal or some bs drama, I'm better than that, thus why I censored some of the names here. I wouldn't consider what Justan said a big deal so he's still here, and I wont be talking about him. So consider it the fabled Justan cameo :0

So, you are a head moderator of a big server, right? And suddenly, you see a member leave your server. What would you do? Most people wouldn't be THAT bothered by it unless it was a lot of members leaving at once. But if you do wanna know whats up, you could
- Find a way to get in touch
- Casually discuss what the member may not be happy with
- Politely ask about why they left

Now lets look at the offending screenshot above. I'm the member who left in this instance. The offender here doesn't try any of those steps, choosing to instead shittalk behind my back when I had my own reasons for leaving unrelated to anything they were discussing, and that ain't cool man! You shouldn't try to immediately get aggressive whenever someone leaves your server, you could instead pay it no mind, or try figuring out why that member left in order to improve the server. This is what you SHOULDN'T do

And if the man who I'm talking about reads this, say it to my face next time, I don't even care bout the canon archive anymore, nor was I gonna start spreading rumors, can't a man leave a server in peace?
