I kinda wanted to do my own take on ChessTale after watching a bunch of Triple S Games videos on variants of chess. Besides designs I have a LOT of ideas for the au thatd amount to a whole ass fangame

But I'm probably never gonna make one unfortunately.

Each main cast character will be represented by a piece

Toriel - Queen
Sans - Rook
Papyrus - Bishop
Undyne - Knight
Mettaton - Mercenary (A piece from Faerie Chess)
Asgore - King

There's a whole ass combat system idea I had, let alone navigating the overworld, but I don't want this post to go on forever since I got work soon
