That's wonderfully freaky!
I love the colors and the way you did the faces.
They made these things for you to nail on trees and it's faces...and they glow in teh dark. Carter's mom has a flock of them

WOW, gorgeous pencil coloring! It's so smooth and pretty... you make me want to color something w/ prismas. Even for crappy pencils you did a wonderful job, especially w/ all the shades and highlights in the piece. And the expressions are wonderful, I love how you incorporated the tree bark into looking like it has human characteristics. I hope you get/got an A, cuz I'd give you one if I was the teacher o_o

Oooh I don't think we had to do that last semester... Actually, we did a still-life and then did blocks of colour on it, as I recall. I dunno... I pused those memories out XD But it looks really goood!

This is wunderful! The elder trees 'skin' drapes like a heavy fabric, and the colouring only adds to this conclusion. Lovely effect. The background really calms the picture, the sunset look.
