(In this photo precisely, the cutting on the hand is quite disturbing. There is more motion than form in the pose itself, and this risky cropping destroys the logics of the pose. But your smooth shape is very expressive. You need a really goog photographer).

There's a good reason for the god-awful cropping. The shot was done in front of a diffuse light, but it was only as tall as the crop is, bellow there's just blackness.
