That dawned on me in this picture as I saw everyone with their Shinigami... Except I think Watari would be an awful Shinigami in the respect that he loves L as a son. Or at least in my opinion I believe he feels this way.

Um... I bought them at a random store that sold lots of that type of stuff. I'm sure you could find them on eBay or something along those lines.
