Advice on the text, Edit->Adjustments->Curves in Photoshop allows you to change the darkness/lightness of the image without messing with the Levels

All I have right now is PaintShop. I also didn't even know that's what my emblem could mean. It's actually an upside-down star on top of a rightside-up one in a circle.

Set a compass to a certain degree of your choise based on how big you want it. Measure the diameter. Divide by two. Then mutiply by Pi, then divide by 7. Place the dots in increments of your final answer
