Noxillium Tattoos, the tattoos are able to turn into any weapon, harden and liquefy in an instant and has it's own conscience
(Note for a more scientific explanation)

Personality:
Azeal's main personality (The one which is usually when he wakes up with no memory) is a very friendly and lovable guy who is quite shy and awkward.
He concentrates a lot when in a battle but is just running on past instinct (muscle memory)
When he loses control he is a bit different, it tends to be evil and sadistic and won't ever question or judge of killing someone. so just watch out for that. It usually doesn't happen, but when Azeal is pushed it can happen.
He is very scared of a lot of things and has no clue of most things in the world. Like opening sweet wrappers, different clothing for males and females, sports ect... This isn't just because of the memory loss but of other things, so a lot of Normal things is lost to Azeal.
He is extremely gullible and would believe a lot of what people say.
Azeal is surprisingly academically intelligent....not so much logic but more academics. He has no idea how he learned it but will know random facts and things.

JUST TO CLARIFY!
Azeal does not have a personality disorder... He is like 7 when he forgets and is evil when he remembers since he remembers why he acts the way he does, (experiences and such)

Strengths:
Very Acrobatic and Flexible
Reaction speed is very fast with physical hits
The tattoos are very protective and act as a defense and offence
Fast and can fight well (Limited to normal human abilities)
When loses control slightly he becomes mad and his attacks are very powerful and scary

Weaknesses:
If he suddenly remembers something, he will go into a fit of screams leaving him defenseless. Beware! He might be defenseless but the Black stuff isn't and it will do anything to protect its host.
No memory, so is very gullible
Cause of memory loss he usually has no experience with his powers at the start, only instinct, so has to learn how to use his abilities as he goes.
Is quite upset with the no memory thing and will get sad when someone rubs it in his face
The black stuff is conductive, with electricity and such
Azeal is 100% made of that black stuff but it allows him to have a physical appearance

History: (That I am allowing you to know)

Before: (A quick 3am history of Azeal's Origin... Not much detail but a comic of this might come one day)

He was a subject to experiments for most of his life, and injected with a living element, Noxillium, into his eye. When he was being experimented on, the Noxillium grew and took over his entire being. There was a fight and stuff and left burns over his body (The tattoos). The Noxillium can transform its physical matter to any matter, liquid, gas, solid and plasma. Azeal currently can only control solid and liquid. The scientists tried to destroy Azeal but couldn't, so the only option was to put Azeal's brain on constant reset. After a certain amount of time, Azeal starts to become more like his berserk self, when it gets to that point he resets and his memory is wiped to a time when he had no idea how to use the tattoos.

The Cursed OCT:

Azeal wakes up one day in strange place with no memory, only that he is cursed which prevents him from regaining his memories. He wanders around for a bit until a mysterious person arrives called Zavates and tells him that he can regain his memories and release him from his curse, if he only enters this tournament and defeat a few people. He got to the second round (after destroying a woman's impregnated womb) He loses the fight to a girl who leaves him my a tree. Azeal then wakes to see the main guy Garrow, and for Azeal's services tells him how to regain his memory

Verannia OCT:

After the ordeal at the Cursed lands Azeal once again finds himself in a strange place with no memory. Archie finds him interesting and decides it would be fun to put him in the tournament. He has this strange black stuff that is tattooed over his body, which he can control and bent to his will. However the black stuff has its own conscientiousness and Azeal loses control over it sometimes, however, more so than before. Archie like to play at this and so keeps pushing him over the edge, he makes a lover and a best friend... She was lost to him but his best friend stays by his side in a form of a Jack in the box, and accomplices Azeal in his adventures. Supporting him with candy and company.

School of Hard Knocks OCT:

After arriving in the walking city, Jack finds it's too dangerous for Azeal and pushes him through the portal again. Thrusting Azeal into a non-magic realm where he is separated from Jack, but luckily it's a school! and Azeal could use some education... even if they only use fighting.

Jack is not in this OCT
