This is an incredible picture. The background is stunning, the coloring and mood very well captured, the character is very nice too.
I feel the pose really takes away from the character though. Having both of her hands together makes her seem more closed off and more insecure- something that doesn't fit her stern and intimidating expression. I think if you move her hand down more the staff it could give her a powerful and more intimidating stance.
