A pretty character pictured in a pretty way always is a great thing to see. You did well with the shading, I like your technique, also with the highlight you put there. I also like how you did her eyes, the basic expression, actually. However, I must say, that it would have been great to see the second Foot/boot, although not noticed at the first glance, it somehow isn't there... But aside from that, a truly great piece of art.
