really excellent tonal qualities in the color and textures, but i think you could define the underside of the nose a little more.

Absolutely gorgeous composition. I love the pose of the subject, the look of contentment on the face even though it's partially obscured, and the balance of light and dark areas with that Z shape of pale background tying the image together.
