In the Mouth section of the expressions there are three sliders; right, left, and front. Pulling one of these all the way will remove all the mouths except the one in the name.

I downloaded the model and I think it's awesome!
But I got a trouble and I have no idea to fix it.
I'm not sure why but His mouse doesn't work.
"Front mouse" is barely works but it's wired.
Left and right mouse and others makes sonic's cheeks move.
I tried your shadow and his mouse works perfectly.
Can you help me?

Well, just make a new folder for the models, take the .zip file and extract it inside the folder. Then just open MMD and load the models.
