Man, I feel so unbelievably sad that I did this XD there's a project at ToT to make Sailor Senshi designs based off Pokemon, and feeling dorky that day I drew up some sketches. This is the cooler of the two, Sailor Dewgong is not quite so dorkishly awesome.But yeah. She's totally the bratty kind of kid who farts in your face and then giggles evilly before picking their nose.

This simplistic design fits Koffing very well. The shading seems a bit flat because there's not much contrast, but you've since improved on that. I feel kind of bad critiquing old drawings because I know you've improved a lot. >.<()

Not many people do the tongue out thing. It's not easy. I think in this case, the simple shading works well with your lines. Her weapon looks incredibly heavy and like it would hurt if hit by it.

Oh man I love the tongue out thing. Even though the mouth shape is a bit off, I spent a while looking at myself poking out my own tongue to make sure I got it right XD
Hee, the weapon is actually super light, helped by the fact that the gas inside it can escape by the little vents (mostly to stop it exploding). It's meant to be made out of plastic! I think what I'm discovering is that I've not defined it enough because it's a gun-type-thing but most people see it as a bashy thing. Need more shading on the inside of the shaft.

Ah! To help with the plastic, perhaps adding a shine to it would help foster that notion in the viewer.
