It wasnt difficult to spot this beautifully bright Peacock butterfly beside the nature trail. The contrast of his wings on the wooden gate post was just perfect!
And when i crept closer to get a better shot he flaunted his magnificence, aiming his wings straight at the camera as it would any other threat.
I thought it was too good to be true - that he would fly off before i could set up. Nay! xD I got more than i could dare ask for
