I don't think i've ever poured so much attention in to a single sketch like this before.
I was just flipping through a book of Myth, Legend and Folklore for inspiration when i came across the Hippocampus; I decided i wanted to have a crack at a sketch.
So i browsed photos of horses and types of fish, deciding in the end to combine a horse photo with the tail end of a Blue Shark (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blue_sha…
