Time freeze! We both like ladies wearing a watch, so this was fun.
Slo-Mo (real name- Sam, ironically) can freeze time for everyone else with her pocket watch.

Useful for her, since (l to r): Clover, Blaine, Alex, Gwen, & Kevin are powerful!
The two couples were romantically dancing. And Alex was hopeful.
But Slo-Mo has been collecting watches while they're frozen.
She has this many watches in a scene from one episode from TFA. Very nice.

However, going for the last watch: Clover's, the heroine unfreezes due to so many for a while.
Clover stops her, everything's returned, and Slo-Mo ends her thieving, I hope!
A scenario I thought was better than arrest.
