Recently watched this '95 13 ep series. I eventually remembered watching it back in '95 as well.
I don't need to do art for everything I watch, but decided to go for this, w/a slight style change.
Pretty unusual to do a 'techno chair', & like her look.

Contrary leads a secret academy for Ultras, and has a spherical airship with transportation abilities.
Has the ability to affect thoughts & emotions through touch.
Someone in a vid comment mentioned she looks like Emma Frost, in Storm's outft, in Xavier's chair.

None of the heroes seem to be into her. She has a dance w/an older guy when brainwashed, though.
There's a bit of art for her & the series. No tag for the show. I'll make one.
Based off the old Malibu comics. Rights to Bohbot (I think).
