Here's my Pikachu gijinka that I wore to London May Expo 2012 ^^This was the Sunday costume that I wore~

I actually want to cosplay a Pikachu gijinka eventually, so is it alright if I can take a little bit of inspiration from your design (I'll make sure to give credit)? Β Also, how did you make those gloves and the tail?

The gloves is actually just black fingerless gloves with a yellow wrist sweatband over it haha
The tail is a bit more difficult; it's make of sponge foam with some fabric sewn around it. There's also a metal bar inside to give it stability and it's just pinned to the back of my shirt.
