This was just amazing to draw. Felt really good right trough. Especially thinking of what I'm gona use it for.
I used the design from this picture [link] by lulubellct. The mane, cutiemark, everything just looks perfect! <3 This is my headcanon from now on.
Homage is a character from the awesome fanfic Fallout: Equestria by Kkat! Read it! It's long, I know, but when you have started you don't want it to ever end, I promise you!
EDIT: Finally fixed the derp eyes! FINALLY! Should have done that ages ago.

It's because thanks to the socks the other body parts are more highlighted and visible. This is often used to make a pony cuter or sexier.
