Windy Whistles! I found her super cute in all kinds of ways, I’ve ended up watching the episode multiple times etc. She’s a good pone. But god damn I lost inspiration to continue this picture. I’ve had it lying around for a few days now and I realized I’d rather just draw something fresh and just can’t bring myself to polish this thing.
Idea comes from her mentioning she has goggles for swimming, which would be awesome to see become a thing tho.
