I love this. There are tons of captions that could be added to this photo. You can almost think of stories to go with it. The colors are all well-blended, with the steel fence in the background giving an excellent composition to the photo. The cat itself is beautiful, the look in her eyes is very innocent and unique. You've caught a great moment there. Putting aside my love for cats, this is one great photo. Keep up the good work.

*Advanced Critique*
Well... it's a well lit environment that has plenty of background hues to the kitteh some depth, as well as making this picture what would otherwise be dull. The kitteh's face is very well focused. No ISO noise as I can tell, it's a crystal clear photo.
I'm having problems figuring out what the importance of the lock is. 
Amazing photo, overall. Cute kitteh. 9/10 from me!
