{Information}
This character is called Mother and is an ethereal agender character that loves animals, art and justice. Mother uses her/she/them/they pronouns because of her feminine body. She rarely walks to avoid puddles and prefers to float, however, not too high or she gets frightened. She dislikes large bodies of water because water makes the healing slime on her paws less effective. Her 'skin' is actually covered in lots and lots of tiny little hairs that is like very fine fur (short chinchilla hairs for reference of texture) and this makes cuddling and comforting easier. She has no face, no eyes, no ears nor does she have a mouth so she primarily communicates through body language and she sense her surroundings with close precision through feeling tiny vibrations and radiation around her.

Her hair is very unusual and floats like normal hair under water, except it is made of the same substance as the healing slime. Her hair, however, does not heal, as it is the healing slime that she has already used n her life and once used, it goes into her body and gets expelled as hair. If she ever gets ill her hair dries out little by little and falls off, making it shorter. Mother has never been ill. When transformed into different animals, the hair translates into different parts of the animal, such as the antlers for deer(which she prefers), the tail of a dog, the mane of a lion and even the black patches of the panda.

She, as her name suggests, is a very motherly and protective character. She takes care of all of the adoptables when they are up for adoption to make sure they feel loved. Her role as this 'care-giver' has made her very accepting, calm and kind unlike when she first came to earth. No one knows where she is from but she came down in a meteorite into the middle of the forest one day and since then she has adapted to life on the planet.

Side note: she likes deers so much because it was the first creature to show her kindness and acceptance into the herd.

{Why I think she should be and Adoptable OC mascot}
I think Mother should be the Adoptable OC mascot because she is the perfect representative of the group atmosphere. The group has always been really relaxed, I feel accepted and the easy going nature of the group is almost perfectly translated in this character. The rainbow colours also match the aesthetic of the group and shows a soft yet ethereal side to the character. Her knack for justice is inspired by the group's carefully monitored trades and the near perfect trust and sense of duty of all the people in the group to perform trades. She also has the characteristics of a comforting and healing character that I think adoption needs, like when a child is adopted they need support and love and even in the fictional characters need someone to turn to.

I could write many more paragraphs about how I think she deserves to be the mascot to the group but instead I will write a summary sentence:
Mother's simple and colourful design is easy to recreate (meaning everyone can get the chance to draw her), she stands for many of the group belief systems and attitudes and she, as a protector and comforter, would have the perfect role as the mascot of a group all about trading and adopting a variety of characters.
