aaaaaaahhhhh

a huge project where i draw all my artstyles into one picture,,,
decided to seperate them into a few parts

flat sketch is how i usually sketch automatically and quickly
i am not sure why i cleaned the lineart up but my usual sketches are a lot messier
this is a better example of my colored sketches

quick sketch is when i shade my sketch quickly. except that its the same as the first, just messy gradient shading with some stripes and lazy gloss on hair

detailed sketch or sketch painting is some hybrid between painting and sketching, its a sketch but i shade it so hard that it gets a painting effect, even when it still has clear lines. Often i make the sketch lineart very low in opacity and it almost really looks like a painting, even when its just a more advanded sketch. Example for that is this drawing which is such a sketch, but looks more "professional". (If you zoom in you can see the messy sketch)

painting is without lineart, just drawing the shapes and forming them with a lot of light and shadow. I dont really know what else say to that

rusty isnt really my style, or a style i used before. it was an attempt to copy Rustyx3x 's style while i was drawing these portraits and i got bored i guess. anyways, i probably wont use this style again (?)

simplified is a style i created for lazy animations because I would be a madman to animate my persona Jeyawue or anyone else with all that,, hair and stuff in my regular style.
Here is a drawing where I evolved and came up with this style
and here and here are two examples I used the style to animate

Airbrush is a style where i draw with the airbrush tool in PaintToolSai (customized of course). The lineart gets softer and less opacit...ing? everything gets kinda softer. Here is also use gradients and messy shading with gives it kinda its own charm. Shading faces in this style often turn very dark. Forms like hands get simplified, almost chibi-like (even tho its not always chibi). Here and here are airbrush examples

comic glitter gloss was originally some kind of hybrid between airbrush and comic
(aibrush but with clean, thick comic lines because of opacity problems) however, when using this I dont really use the airbrush tool anymore which why it kind of evoled into a further "own style" here everything has a "glowing" gradient with glitter. shading and lighting doesnt make sense and everything is just kinda enlightend and glossy.

another type of shading can be added to this style, i still would call it the same style

comic is a style with thick and sharp lines. Preferably those lines can be really edgy and without much curves, but they dont have to. if some area is really dark it just gets the same color of the lineart. the shading sharp and never gradient.
the colors can be normal, or like in this example more "neony"

simple chibi is my simple way to draw chibis. type of shading can vary and doesnt matter
simple chibi can be combined with other styles.

detailed chibi is how i usually draw ... well. detailed chibis. you see the eyelashes are far more defined, the hair has more ..lines i guess, clothing gets more details and so on.

Except Comic and Rusty, are all those styles self-developed by trying out things
