Description A character I consider to be in my 'Big Five'. Victoria has been around since I was probably 13, and she's gone through many changes, from appearance, to name... Though I think I've finally settled on a design I like. So I created a character sheet for her, because I have a special fondness for her.

Name: Victoria Nicholson

Age: Not known, though she is somewhere over 100
Species: Vampire

Looks:
Victoria is an average-tall woman, though she is a little more muscular and thin than normal. Victoria has absolutely no color in any part of her outer body. Her skin and her hair are both completely snow white. The exception is her eyes, which are a normal vampire Crimson. Victoria loves to wear clothes in red, black and white. She normally wears a large red coat with no sleeves but a high collar. She also wears a black tank top with a white zipper down the front, and she wears a black pleated skirt. She has white, thigh high socks, and black knee-high boots that zip up in the front. Victoria has fingerless, elbow long black gloves, two belts around her stomach, a white bow around her coat's collar, and she wears an old cross on a string. There are black swirls all over her coat, and these swirls are in constant differing patterns...

Personality:
Victoria is a cocky asshole, to sum most of that up. She is, however, very very strong, so her boasts are warranted. She has a large love for murder and the act of murdering, because at this point in her life, it's one of the only things that gives her joy. It's one of the only things that reminds her of mortality, which is a thing that she wishes she had. Victoria, besides being a bat-shit insane, cocky asshole, has a very sensitive spot for a select few humans, though it's not something she lets people know of, ever. She wishes so much to be human, that it's mostly the reason she hates them so much too. Although Victoria is very strong and likes to murder, she's more fond of being seductive, being a tease, and being very very lazy. In fact, those three things are her favorite pass times. Victoria's flirty and lazy exterior is how she is most times, but there are times where she can be annoyed, or even angry, if pushed far enough. Sometimes she's even in depressed, sad moods, where she's had something remind her of her past, or how much she wishes she was not what she is.

Past:
Victoria grew up without a father, and had to constantly care for her sick mother. But that was alright for Victoria. She didn't mind. Her mother was all she needed in her life. As a child, Victoria was happy, sweet, and carefree. But soon, tragedy struck her life. Her mother died suddenly, and Victoria was left alone, though she quickly attracted attention of the unwanted kind. She started living on the streets, and one night, while on the way to a friend's house, a mysterious figure appeared to her, clad in a trench coat and top hat. He was always smiling, and referred to himself as 'The Collector'. The man informed Victoria that she was now part of his 'collection'. Victoria sensed stranger danger, and tried to escape, but the mysterious man was of the undead kind, and he was quick to over take her, and end her mortal life. Victoria spent the next number of decades as a prisoner in a pompous mansion. She was always in fancy clothes and accessories, had servants to tend to her, along with other girls and boys who were part of the man's collection. She was never happy though. She was appalled and disgusted by what she had become. She refused to drink any sort of human blood, usually surviving on small amounts of animal blood. The favorite of the collection, a girl named Amelia, always tried to help out Victoria, and the two became very close. However, at some point, Victoria 'broke' a few people in the collection, having gone half mad from starvation and anger. Just before Victoria was sealed in the basement as punishment, Amelia handed Victoria a vial of blood. The vial was about as big as a stick of deodorant. Victoria was not allowed to drink this blood until 'the right time'. So, when Victoria was sealed in the basement, knowing that she'd never see Amelia again, since Amelia was planning to 'break' herself, Victoria hid the vial behind her head, under her hair ribbon, and she sat there on the floor fighting her cravings and insanity for a good number of decades, slowly shriveling into nothing but a corpse. When the Collector finally checked on her, it was clear that he was losing himself. He was violent, unstable, and very eager to blame his problems on Victoria, even though she was a body. Nothing more. In a fit of anger, the Collector beat Victoria's face, smashing her head against the wall, where the vial of blood smashed open, and leaked blood everywhere. The blood was very quickly absorbed into Victoria's corpse, and her body started to come back all at once. Having drained the last bit of Amelia's blood, the color in Victoria's body also drained, except for her eyes, which became a bloody red. Having finally drank blood from a 'human being', Victoria reached full vampire status, and with the last bit of her vengeful, and spiteful mortality, she created herself a 'shadow' without really knowing it. Victoria was very powerful to start with, but was a little too powerful, as she had no clue how to control her vampire powers fully. After easily disposing of the Collector, Victoria also killed every last 'collection' piece, and drained them all of their blood. When she was finished at that mansion, she left in the night, leaving the place of her life's misery and torment in flames. After some time in hiding, Victoria figured out how to control her 'shadow', and started her work as a bounty hunter, very quickly becoming good at her job, where she made a reputation for herself among the dark parts of society. She earned the nickname 'The Shadow Vampire' because of her ease of phasing into nothingness, and because of her unique 'shadow'. Although her new life as a vampire was something special and wonderful, Victoria still loathed herself, always feeling regret and remorse for what happened at the mansion all those years ago.

Abilities: Victoria has all the normal abilities of a vampire. Regeneration, super speed and strength, telepathy, limited mind control, limited levitation, and the ability to phase in and out of solid objects. However, Victoria has a unique power she obtained through unknown means. The swirls on her coat are actually part of her. Victoria is nicknamed 'The Shadow Vampire' because of her strange 'shadow'. This shadow has been with her since her creation, and has not went away since. The shadow, much like Alucard's dogs, is a thing Victoria does not use unless absolutely necessary. The shadow allows Victoria to exceed her normal capabilities, although the shadow tends to 'burn' her away if she uses it for too long. As well as Victoria herself, the shadow can fight on it's own, shaping itself into many different forms depending on Victoria's opponent. When the Shadow is not being used, it slides up Victoria's spine, making it look like a back tattoo, and slides itself along whatever clothes she's wearing, making itself look like a pattern.

Weapon:
Victoria wields a pair of .500 S&W Magnum handguns, which are considered to be the most powerful commercial sporting handguns by the amount of energy it creates in it's muzzle. Each gun has been 'altered' slightly, so each gun can fire with nothing held back. The bullets in her guns are encased in silver, as she prefers a struggle, rather than a quick 'boom' from an explosive shell. She does, however, keep them around, just in case she finds herself in need of them. Victoria stores her guns in the back of her belts, in a way that's quick to draw them.

Extra:
-The cross around her neck is made of polished stone, so no harm comes to her by wearing it.
-Victoria's 'Shadow' is not a person she devoured, or controlled by anything she killed. Her 'Shadow' is the remnants of her mortal self. When she became a full-fledged vampire, her mortality left her, and by her resentment and anger, it became her 'Shadow'. Like an angry poltergeist or something as such. If the 'Shadow' is somehow disconnected from Victoria, Victoria starts to receive large amounts of pain and damage. If the 'Shadow' is destroyed completely, then Victoria dies.

I really like the design and the character! I particularly like the idea of the the swirls manifesting themselves on to whatever she's wearing as well as them going back to her spine. Though I do have a couple problems with the lore. I'm a sucker for the cocky better than you attitude, but I feel like if you reached a near death experience and were traumatized for being locked up that's not the kind of person who would come out of that? Or not. I could just not know what I'm talking about. Either way, awesome job!

Hehehheh~ Thanks~ I simple adore Victoria!
And hmm, well, my idea was the fact that, the whole cocky attitude was kind of a mask for her whole trauma thing. She likes to be that way, but it's hard to keep up sometimes. I dunno. I just kinda liked it that way. ^^'

Yeah. The story is supposed to be that way. Not everything can be happy after all. Another reason why she grudges.
