The person at the window stared in awe at the magnificent city before them. The tall buildings seemed to touch the sky, while the lights twinkled like stars in the night. They felt a hint of envy, dreaming of the excitement and opportunities that the city promised.
Yet, they reminded themselves to be grateful for what they had - a safe place to live and enough to eat. They wondered what it would be like to work in one of those buildings, or to wander the busy streets and experience the sounds and energy of the city.
Closing their eyes, they tried to imagine it all, but when they opened them, the city remained just a distant dream. Still, the mere sight of it filled them with a sense of wonder and a spark of hope for their future. They made a promise to themselves that one day, they would make it to the city and experience all it had to offer. Until then, they would keep dreaming and working towards their goal.
