where did you get the inspiration

As my novel progess I realized I need a leader of the rouge Ravenblades of my novel. I also knew I wanted her to be a foil to Huro, A older decent, who was very clean and precise. Kana wanted to be rough and tumble type of character so I figured a more westren theme to suit her rough and tumble style of fighting.
