maybe my favorite shot you've ever posted, the scene manages to be busy and visually interesting without being overbearing, Breeanna as always is stunningly gorgeous and her flesh tones compliment and work with the setting while still being the focus. Thank you for what you do.

Thanks for finding so much to like about this shot. I like it too of course, but not my all-time favorite shot of her. I would not even be able to pick a favorite, I love so many shots I've taken of Breeanna over the years. But this was a fun shot to shoot. She might not have thought so, she had a very bright reflector in her face, to fill the shadows.

This girl is beautiful and the dark hair sure sets her eyes off, along with that stunning tanned body. Great photos and super fine model. I'm slightly jealous you had the opportunity to work with such beauty..

I like the simplicity of this. A cute girl in a tank top on a wooden deck on a sunny day, with background trees. Seems very casual and inviting. I'm curious what your inspiration or motiviation was for this photo... Was this the goal of the shoot or was this a spontaneous discovery?

We always come up with a shot list before a shoot, but we tend to drift and just try things, getting creative during a shoot makes for some super shots, bus so does having some ideas going in. We had one shot that was a beach shot, with a model in similar pose by a fence. We were far from a beach, but the deck rail looked like a fence, so I posed Breeanna on the deck and this became our shot.

So do you have a tone or mood in mind for each shoot, or do you just work on poses, lighting, and composition? Do you do different looks during the same shoot or at the same location?

The tone and mood tend to flow from how the shot looks and feels. Sometimes she gets into the pose and does just the perfect thing with her face spontaneously and I just stay quick on the draw, to press the release just when the magic is highest. Other times, I carefully pose her face/angle and ask for a specific expression that is in my mind's eye, something to complement the pose, cloths and light. She almost always manages to hit the expression I ask for, and in a natural way, as if it were fully spontaneous. So sometimes mood and tone are dictated by her, other times by me. We are a great team, really were from the start. We have only done location shoots twice, as far as I can remember. Most everything is shot in my studio or on my property, a few acres of rural land around the studio building where it is easy to shoot her in any degree of dress or undress.

Yes, I think we will make more images together. I forgot to answer part of your original question. "Do you do different looks during the same shoot" Yes, quite a few. For example, all of the shots posted in the past week were shot on the same day, in about two hours.
