Doctor Who is owned by the BBC. The Daleks are owned by the Terry Nation Estate(I think?). I don't own either company nor do I have any affiliation with them, though I'd be more than happy if they used my ideas and designs. And the same goes for Big Finish.This is what I think the Glider Dalek from Engines Of War looks like.
