Description
During the course of the series, we saw Twilight Sparkle in different forms, from unicorn to alicorn, and even having an "evil" version of her, and many others. Now, in this specific episode, this comes another new level with the introduction of "Harmony Sparkle".This is technically not Twilight herself though, but serves as a way for the "Tree of Harmony" to interact with the Young Six by changing herself into the pony they knew.
The "Tree of Harmony" as we all know is responsible for this map missions, overseeing every friendship problem not only in Equestrian Borders but also the entire world, and also this Tree protects herself by defeating the Mean Six by draining it's magic. We all wonder, is this Tree have a "mind" of it's own? In this episode, this question finally answered.
The "Tree of Harmony" is indeed a living form that protects Equestria's balance through the Elements of Harmony, and as she grows, so is her abilities, like changing herself as a pony, and basically tested the Young Six's friendship. Indeed this Tree is preparing something big for this new characters, whatever that is, we will have to find out soon.UPDATE:

i will like she meet twilight both become close friend and i think she the one give twilight castle and i thing she can go in the castle, why? well she create it and the castle of twilight is made of the same crystal from the tree of harmony, so if the tree is destroy, the mind of the tree of harmony can go in the castle plus the castle is conet to the tree and school of friendship is too! i belive in 1000 years all equestria will conet to it! oh and not forget her power and a her abilities!
