Celebration of Halloween is different among nations. While others are in their scary costumes and doing trick or treat, in the Philippines, this is the time that we visit those who had gone before us, and over our prayers for them. These observance is locally know as UNDAS, or simply commemorating "All Saints Day" and "All Souls Day", a tradition rooted from Spanish influence and until now is widely observed by Filipinos.Pearl Shine's original character design from furriKita (fiaKaiera )

Let's say it's a more somber version of "Dia de los Muertos" of Mexico. During this time, we visit the graves of our departed loved ones, and we offer prayers for them. Flowers and lighted candles are also being put in their tombs symbolizing that we never forget them.
