I did another change yet again and some things are improved the pants and legs shortened and the eyes are brighter blue with some cloverUpdate I've added some pics to show some very important things on this Roger Rabbit

PERSONALITY
Roger Rabbit is considered a funny, innocent, kindhearted, cowardly, hyperactive, friendly, silly, fun-loving, dull-witted, talkative, Toon-like, spontaneous, energetic, playful, clumsy and eager to please kind of toon rabbit. He is a cartoon star of Maroon Cartoons and also a loyal brother and partner to Jayden Orion. During his youth he was adopted by a human family of the Randell in Kansas and didn’t know he was a toon until now. Roger is a most adorable toon rabbit always making people laugh and smile but sometimes is very helpful but can sometimes get very carried away a lot. He acts a bit childlike and often stutters, frantic and is over-anxious. He is not very bright at times. Roger sometimes cries and gets upset about something. Roger is considered sometimes a most cowardly and scared and he once greatly feared Judge Doom, the Dip and the Toon Patrol. His greatest and somewhat fear is the Dip and toon Weasels. Despite his traditionally cartoonish behaviors, Roger is always aware of what people think of cartoons, but also notes that there are times when making people laugh is the only weapon toons have. He believes that if someone doesn’t have a good sense of humor they’re better off dead. Roger Rabbit has problems with alcoholic beverages. During that time in his life he didn’t know that his family was the bearer of the Sol Kaiser powers which he didn’t know he had in his inheritance until now. With his Sol Kaiser powers he is still trying to understand and use to help other people in need of help and protection. He sometimes forgets and remembers to transform into the Sol Kaiser when in need of a fight. During his adventures with Jayden Orion and the others he would help his friends in any means of danger. Under the guidance and training of Jayden Orion he was taught how to fight, be brave, about the other worlds and everything around him and etc. He has a healthy relationship with his wife Jessica and the rest of his family. *INFLATION/DEFLATION: Roger Rabbit’s body can expand by inflation of air or water and can be deflated wildly like a balloon.

>TOON KAISERIAN PHILOSOPHY: Normally, like all Kaiserians, Roger Rabbit’s powers, abilities and capabilities have been enhanced greater than any other Toon was possible. With being the most powerful and superior toon being than any other Toon in the multiverse and any other human, or alien race Roger’s powers and abilities are far beyond greater than any means impossible. But still having unknown reason of the limits and capabilities of his Kaiser powers and abilities Roger is considered a one toon army. He is able to utilize an energy force called “Kaiserian Energy” which is much similar to Titanian Energy Roger is able to tap in to his Sol Kaiser powers allowing him to change and form into other heroic forms whenever he’s in battle. Mysteries to this Kaiserian powers are mostly unknown.
*SUPER ENHANCED TOON KAISER SPEED: Roger’s speed has been increased much greater as of his regular speed and it’s much similar to Jayden’s Titainan speed but Roger sometimes trips due to his toon clumsiness. The more limits and capabilities are unknown.
*SUPER ENHANCED TOON KAISER AGILITY: Much like Jayden’s, Roger’s agility, balance and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical toon, combined with strength and flexibility Roger is also extremely acrobatic and somewhat athletic he is able to perform higher jumps, somersaults, flips, scaling vertical surfaces with remarkable and efficiency and etc.
*SUPER ENHANCED TOON KAISER REFLEXES: Roger’s reflexes are far greater and is able to out maneuver any attacks. More limits and capabilities are yet unknown.
*SUPER ENHANCED TOON KAISER STRENGTH: Roger’s strength is now greater and much similar to Jayden’s Titanian strength but he has limits to it and only allowing him to lift about 500,000 pounds which is his strength limits.
*SUPER ENHANCED TOON KAISER ENDURANCE: Mostly like Jayden, Roger is able to endure some pain from any kinds of attacks. More limits and capabilities are unknown.
*SUPER ENHANCED TOON KAISER HEARING: Roger’s hearing is far greater much like Jayden’s and his is able to hear or pick up sounds from miles away or even through structures. More limits and capabilities are still unknown.

+MICROSCOPIC VISION: Similar to Jayden’s, Roger is able to see very small and microscopic items that are to normally small to be seen by the naked eyes of a normal human or a toon.
+TELESCOPIC VISION: Similar to Jayden’s, Roger is able to zoom in his vision allowing him to see stuff and objects from a distant in a magnified scale far greater than any normal human or toon.
+X-RAY VISION: Similar to Jayden’s, Roger is able to see through things transparent allowing him to see things like a person’s human body, through solid objects and etc.
*SUPER ENHANCED TOON KAISER IMMUNITY: Mostly a lot like Jayden’s Immunity, Roger also possess an Ultra Kaiserian immune system making him somewhat perfectly immune to mutations, poisoning, drugging, hypnosis, mind control, mostly infections and etc. More limits and capabilities are unknown.
*SUPER ENHANCED TOON KAISER JUMPING AND LEAPING: Roger’s jumping and leaping are much greater as to his regular jumping and leaping. Much like Jayden’s, Roger can jump higher and leap farther than any other human or toon. The limits and capabilities are unknown.
*SUPER ENHANCED TOON KAISER SENSES: A lot like Jayden’s senses, Roger possesses an extrasensory “Kaiser” sense which warns him of any random close or far distance of danger from a tingling sensation to his brain. His senses can pick off anything as of “speeding bullet, punching, kicking, everything from a falling safe, and etc” and out maneuver them with no trouble or problems at all. *SUPER ENHANCED TOON KAISER HEALING FACTOR: Like Jayden, Roger possesses healing abilities which helps heal up any wound, scar or broken bones, broken limbs, and etc in less than three to two hours but can cause some temporary soreness.
*SUPER ENHANCED TOON KAISER STAMINA: Like Jayden, Roger has a greater stamina than a normal toon meaning he can perform physical activities for an extended period but only for a limited time. Limits are unknown.

But now that he’s obtained the powers of the Sol Kaiser he cannot not be harmed by any Dip except of his clothes which do dissolve into inky goo except his underwear.
>ALCOHOL: Roger Rabbit is not good at drinking liquor which causes some major side effects causing him to stretch up into the air and whistle like a stream train in a loud enough tone which can shatter glass. All the while spinning around. Afterwards, his mood swings become violent.
>ESCAPE PROOF TOON PRODUCTS AND GAGS: Since Roger Rabbit is a toon he cannot escape from any escape proof toon gags like the escape proof toon rope and etc.
