At first!This is a test! I ask common sense from my members. You follow the rules that are given. Any breaking can result in you not being allowed to design your own foals/imports to even taking down this lineart and with that, also the option to make your own designs!
NOTE: this template is a PSD file with folders to keep everything organized. People who are not able to use this template, can request other members OR admins to make their import/foal design. I am not able to give any other type of file or traditional lines!
Standard rules!
- You do not alter the lineart. Lines stay black and are not edited. I don't care if they don't fit for you, these are the official import lines, so no changes.
- It's advised to draw your eyes with pupils, please.
- Do not add any info on the sheet. Also no tack, jewels, accessories, etc ... it must be clean!
- Do not add shading on the design, it must stay clean!
- We want nice and clean designs. I do not ask perfection, but if you know from yourself you are not able to make a 'realistic looking design', we prefer you ask somebody else. To sketchy, fade, messy, ... stuff isn't gonna be accepted.
To make your own import!
- You can only design your own import if you purchased and import, won in import, etc ...
- Each import goes with an ID number, given by Jian89 in the Marandian group. To request this number, you send a note to the group with title: 'import ID request' with the proof you have the right to make an import. You shall receive an ID number.
do NOT make any import without having your ID number! Any without, is false and not accepted!
- Please use the 'Import' background, NOT the 'foal' background
- Do NOT use the small lineart on the import sheet. This is only for foal designs! If you want to show the other side, then please do this on your ref!
- Do NOT add a sale LOG in the comments, an admins shall do that when needed!

- When you made your design, you upload it into your STASH! I don't want to see any design uploaded in your regular gallery!
- You then send a note to the group with 'import design'. An admin shall check if the design is correct or if it needs any changes. (keep in mind that this is possible!!)
- The format of the picture should be png or jpg, NOT psd! I don't need a layer file!
- When everything is oké, an ADMIN shall upload the design in the groups gallery (for safety reasons)
To make your foal design!
- Only make your foal design when you have send in a breeding note! In breeding note, you shall receive your ID!
- Please use the 'foal' background, not the 'import' background!
- You are allowed to use the small lineart, WHEN NEEDED! I am thinking about paint genes (tobiano,overo, etc ...), appaloosa or when the foal coat is different from the adult coat (like on grey, etc ...)
- Adult lines always show the adult design. Preferable between 5 - 10 years of age (for grey horses)
- Do not add any info on the sheet, place the info in the artist comment (ID, geno, etc ...)
- Design can be uploaded in your gallery by you.
- Then send the design to the group in the 'foal design' folder. An admin shall check the design and accept it when it's oké.

What about the photoshop users who can't open groups?
I mean I have photoshop but the lines are quiet useless to me since I can't draw on them .

Photoshop CS has the option to open those groups,
I don't have the options to check other programs, nor can I keep everyone happy ...

Photoshop Elements don't has the option. I told you once when I made the designs for the mutation sheets.
My Idea to solve the problem once I should decide to breed another foal. I still have the file for the designs and it's the same lineart. I will make the foal design on the other file and place the finished thing on this one so that it's one the right background.
But I'm not sure if I will breed a foal soon. I still have to design the baby from Giliath and my Guppy Nebula mare.

people who do not reply, can sadly not be counted in. You could have said that there and then.
I am not psychic, nor can I keep such details in my head all the time.
as said, i can not make everybody happy ...
I can not make a sheet for tradition artist, sai artist, elements, artist, etc ...
I don't have the options for that. As given, there is gonna be an option to ask admins for
designs and you can ask a friend yourself, etc ...
secondly, the lineart is not the same and not even the same size, for abuse purpose.
changing lineart is not gonna be accepted.

But that reminds me on something different. Did you download the designs I made?
I'm asking because well they take a lot of space in my stash and I want to delete them once you downloaded them.
