Because it one Zha isn't scary enough for you, HOW ABOUT SEVEN?

New contest entry for 's contest, to draw her dragon self as a mythological creature other than a dragon. I chose a hydra this time round, because it seemed fitting to her character.

I was displeased with my other contest entry, since the canva-paper I was using ate all the paint and made blending incredibly difficult (my paint dried the instant it touched the paper) I decided to redo it right. I was going to do another ki-rin, had actually started on the line work, and then another inspiration struck. I don't ordinarily draw things with more than one head (getting them all do agree is really difficult), but I'm really quite pleased with the way it turned out. I did this in Derwent's "Inktense" pencils, which are sort of like watercolours except you can layer colours better because they're permanent when they're dry. And because I'm often background-impaired and was afraid of ruining the pic I splashed on an ethereal purple hazy sort of thing.

I probably don't need to tell anyone that if you steal her character, Zhakrisstol will likely eat your head, or worse.
