My art has come a ways since the first 'Playing Cards' I made up, so I went back to a few of the characters I first did that I was less satisfied with and redid them.Here's Dark Link Version 2.0
Colored with my Copic Marker selection (134 markers at the time.)
unlike my 'regular' Link... Dark Link stays true to the game he was most prominent in for me... Ocarina of Time.
I love the design from Twilight Princess for Link's costume and whatnot. But there wasn't really a Dark Link there, so OoT it is.

I prefer the OoT look anyway.... but there has been a TP look for him, in the form of dark interlopers and in SSBB

true,... though it's not quite as cohesive in my opinion... more a skin than separate character. that and if I were doing SSBB character skins, I would never finish.
there are aspects of both versions I like a lot. the more realistic armor and straps in TP were quite intriguing to a detail oriented artist like myself, but they had some pretty awesome designs in OoT also.
