Description
In the TIME BEFORE TIME, Princess Mata Nui descended from the heavens, carrying the ones called "Matoran", to this paradise. They were separate and without purpose so Princess Mata Nui illuminated them with the three virtues. The Matoran embraced these gifts and in honour, and named the paradise "Mata Nui" after the princess herself.But Mata Nui's sister, Princess Makuta, was jealous of these honours and betrayed her. She cast a spell on her sister, and Princess Mata Nui fell into a deep, deep slumber.
But not all was lost. Legends foretold of six great ponies who would descend from the heavens and fight Princess Makuta to restore light to the land.
To defeat Princess Makuta, they must find the Kanohi masks of power each 6 Elements of Harmony.

Yeah, when got air of Snips = Makuta Teridax, it kinda freaked me out. Though Gali = Trixie = Chrysalis = Roodaka surprised me more. Especially the Gali-part. Kathleen Barr also did Gaaki, according to IMDB.

I like Bionicle, I like MLP, but having them together.. eh I'm not so sure.
Yeah, Celestia and Luna could be compared to Mata-Nui and Makuta, in the sense that one is good and a leader, and one was bad; and there are conveniently six main ponies in the show, but that's about as far as that goes.
Concept is interesting.. but I'm not sure if I like it myself.
