Blueprint sketches for a rickety ol' shack Steven is renting until he can pay off the damage to the Dondai. It's old and falling apart on the outside but surprisingly clean on the inside. There's a small shed near it, as well as a cherry blossom tree and the lawn seems as if the previous renters had a dog that liked to dig holes. There are weeds everywhere and remnants of a failed garden and a gravel driveway full of potholes. Steven doesn't plan on staying here long, but plans may change...
